Whitsunday Provisioning has been supplying provisions for charters for 20 years and have fine tuned their lists to suit most appetites.

Do we get all of our provisioning at once? |

If you order a provisioning package for 9 days or over, you will
be reprovisioned on the 6th day of your charter (Charter Base will
advise) If you order Self Select provisioning and require a reprovision, two separate Self Select forms are to be completed (Charter Base will advise pick up date). |

Can we order a package for children? |

Packages for children are available to match the Silver, Gold and Platinum Packages. Some items received will be the same as in the adult package. Other items will be substituted. We recommend this package for children up to 8 years of age, however this is up to parental discretion. |

Can we change the package if we don't eat certain items, ie. Seafood or Red Meat? |

Whitsunday Provisioning can make basic changes to the package to suit most special requests, however if you have many changes, the Self Select option may be more suitable. |

What if I am Vegetarian? |

Whitsunday Provisioning has a large variety of vegetarian meals, please let us know if you eat Chicken, Fish or Dairy Products. |

What if I am on a special diet for medical reasons? |

Charterer's on a special diet should supply us with as much
information as possible regarding what they can and can't eat. Remember, many special brands are not readily available in North Queensland and may have to be substituted. |
