Initially we thought of self-catering for the week but after experiencing the provision delivery to boat service, quality of produce, the detailed food menu and preparation instructions for the Platinum full catering experience we were all blown away and would definitely use your company for future holidays.  The variety of food for the weekly menu, down to the sun-setter platter was very much appreciated. The crew with special dietary requirements were also excited with their food as they felt they were well catered for and did not miss out on anything. To touch base directly with them beforehand was very thoughtful as they felt confident and comfortable with the experience to be had and the food options. Also loved how you knew the exact storage capacities of fridge/freezer space onboard Allure. Please keep up the fantastic service

We have been back on dry land for 4 days now and we wanted to email and let you know how spot on your provisioning service was for our 7 days aboard. Your calculations were so on the mark and the food was so fresh and delicious. It was like a lucky dip as to what we were having each day. We were a little worried when we arrived at the boat to find so many boxes of food and we thought where are we going to put all of this and how are we going to eat everything, but we found space on board and ate everything. You made our holiday even more relaxing as there was no way that we could have shopped and catered for the whole 7 days as well as you did. I haven't stopped raving about you at work all week. Our recent holiday was absolutely amazing, loved the Big 4 accommodation. We had an extremely early start in the morning to leave for the airport we were up at 4am, so even the thought of either having to go out for dinner or cooking something was just something that I did not want to do. So when Big 4 sent out the email with your service it was music to my ears. It was the perfect way to start our holiday. Especially having the platters delivered as we just arrived to the Big 4. They were all great but the seafood platter was absolutely delicious, and was just the perfect way to kick off our family holiday. Would recommend your services to anyone heading your way. Definitely a holiday my family and I will not forget.

We wanted to thank you all so much for making our holiday so enjoyable! From start to finish the entire process was easy and Lisa couldn’t have been more helpful. We arrived to find everything so beautifully packaged up on the boat. Deciding to do the platters for the first afternoon and evening allowed us to just get to know the boat and ease into the holiday. The menu plan was so simple, easy to use and reference off for the entire week. The quality of the food was absolutely amazing! We chose the Platinum package and we can highly recommend it. Everything was delicious and we all kept raving and blessing Whit Prov all week! I cannot express enough how deciding to do this saved us all so much time and stress. Only arriving a night before we sailed, meant we could just relax, explore Airlie Beach, go out for dinner. Had we decided to do the food ourselves, there would have been several hours and taxis involved to purchase food and get it back to where we were staying and then transport it all down to the boat the next day etc. I cannot recommend Whit Prov enough.. anyone choosing to hire a boat for a holiday… just do yourself a favour and make your holiday completely stress free. You won’t regret it! Thanks again Whit Prov. We will be recommending your service to anyone we know and think you need to expand your company to other parts of Australia!!

Hello everyone at Whitsunday Provisioning. We had the most wonderful week sailing aboard the Vela Perfecta and were just SO lucky with the weather! Thank you on behalf of the 8 of us for providing fantastic food and meal plans. It just made our lives so much easier not having to think about shopping, menu planning etc. 6 out of the 8 of us came from NSW and arrived via plane the day of boarding the boat so it would have been stressful for them to have to go food & grocery shopping for 5 days on a boat. We loved the platters provided on the first night – gorgeously fresh and local seafood went down a treat so thank you for your suggestions of quantity for those, they were perfect. The meat and seafood were of fantastic quality and we all loved it. It just made our trip so much more enjoyable not having to think about the food. We won’t hesitate in recommending you to others should they decide to do a bareboating adventure.

Unfortunately we didn’t have the greatest of weather conditions for our yacht charter, with strong wind warnings up to 30 knots for 5 of the 10 days! Then the other days were 20-25 knots, plus driving rain also! So a bit disappointing really. Apart from the FOOD! All of us were saying how good the food was, it was the real highlight of our 10 days really! The variety, selection and quality of the food was first class and we loved it! So thanks very much again.

Really loved the fresh fruit and veggies, and the bacon, sausages and eye fillet were all first class. Moreover, your delivery service made the start of our trip so much more relaxing and stress free, especially for the heavier items like watermelon, sodas and bottled water. Save for one dinner at Hamilton Island, we had all our meals on the boat and couldn’t have done it without you. The service and food were excellent. I wouldn’t provision a bareboat any other way. Great value and quality thank you. We went with another couple who wanted to self cater. I actually went with them to get their food and the taxi didn’t turn up and it basically wasted the entire morning getting to and from the shops. They also had to purchase larger volumes of food (whereas you portion control) but they still had to borrow a few things from the provisions you supplied like salt etc as the things normally in your cupboard at home (and are in the provisioning) were forgotten at the shops. I felt very lucky to have literally everything I needed down to the salt, pepper and sauces for all the meals. It definitely would have been better if we all had the provisioning as the quality of the food was great.

Unfortunately our holiday has come to an end, and we are back in reality again. However we had a fantastic time, and the wonderful food that you supplied helped make our holiday so much more enjoyable. The food was delivered on time, which was also incredibly easy to unpack and stow in the boat. We followed the gold package menu plan you gave us and not only had plenty to eat but also a really nice variety. Everything was super fresh and tasty. More importantly at no time was I hungry or needing to wrestle my teenage boys for extra helpings. Being able to satisfy the hunger of 2 very energetic 6ft tall teenage boys is not an easy task, so well done! Don’t change anything, what you have put together is perfect. I would definitely recommend your services. We are hoping to come up again for a holiday next year, and will be in touch for your assistance again!

I want to thank you for such an amazing service. When we first booked the catamaran, I was tossing up between sourcing our own provisions through a supermarket or having them sourced through your business. One of the members of our party said "convenience before cost" so we decided to use Whitsunday Provisioning. It was the best decision we made. The food was tasty, fresh and plentiful. There was minimal wastage at the end. Any unopened food that was left (not much), we gave to a family who had hired another boat with 5 children. I can't begin to say how happy we were with the result. It was stress free knowing what we were cooking each day. We would not hesitate to use your service again. Thank you very much :)

The food was fantastic, and we could not have asked for anything more. We really appreciated the boat being stocked on the morning of our departure, leaving us to concentrate on the vessel briefing. The platinum package was absolutely spot on! Each meal was top shelf, from the seafood options, to the fillet steaks and salad, the cheeses of an afternoon. We could not have asked for more. It was very simple to follow the provided menu, giving us an order of meals and preparation, ensuring every meal was fresh and tasty. There is no way we would have had anywhere near the quality of meals, should we have attempted to cater for this ourselves. The seafood and cheese platters at sunset on the first night were loved by everyone, and really set the tone for a special birthday celebration trip with friends! I also really liked how we had the option to choose our own meal plans rather than just the package option, as it meant all dietary needs were catered for with minimal hassle. We stuck to most of the meal plans with the printed list of ingredients provided, but we did mix it up a bit towards the end of the trip! The quality, variety and amount of food was excellent! Everyone was very impressed with the provisioning, and it really made my 40th birthday extra special. I was really grateful that you suggested organising an extra Esky as it worked perfectly with the amount of food we needed to store. All other meat, chicken etc was of the highest quality and delicious and BBQ’d well. Your seamless substitution of a couple of items was very much appreciated. We were very impressed with the fruit, all of which stayed fresh for the week. In addition, all bread supplied, especially the wraps stayed very fresh even after freezing. You are to be applauded for repackaging cereals etc in bulk as this too enabled freshness throughout the charter. We were so impressed! We have only chartered boats overseas, never in Australia, but covid changed all that. We thought we might be a little disappointed in the provisions in comparison to overseas destinations but didn’t we get that wrong! It was by far the best service we’ve ever had in the lead up to a charter and with the actual delivery. We chose the platinum package and all 8 of us agreed it was up there as one of best experiences we’ve had. We have just spent 7 perfect days on Point of Sail with 9 people on board. That needed a lot of food and a lot of organisation, and Lorna delivered on both counts! From my first phone call right through to departure day, Lorna was delightful to deal with and very efficient. We’ve been buying our annual sailing provisions through WhitProv for years now, and have always been consistently impressed with the service, price and quality. Of particular note is the meat - our sailing mates are always blown away at the steaks and sausages. Talk about country quality. We routinely sing your praises, as a highly necessary part of making our annual sailing trip the success that it is. On a personal note, while wandering around the shops looking for something, we tapped a local on the shoulder asking for help. Only to discover that it was Lorna (now affectionately known as Auntie Lorna to our boat buddies). Super helpful to a fault, as always. It was so great to put a name to the email. Getting literally every single item we needed for boating and camping from Whitsunday Provisioning was the single best decision we made for our holiday! They were absolutely divine and professional to deal with and even went completely out of their way to get the sunscreen that our family love even though it’s not their usual brand! And the platters…just wow! We seriously had breakfast, lunch and dinner totally sorted for the first two days by pulling out our spectacular prawn, cheese and fruit platters. So easy, delicious and impressive. The team are absolute experts at displaying them beautifully and delivering them in styrofoam boxes so that they store and last beautifully. I can’t stress enough that for only a little more than trudging to a supermarket and packing everything yourself…using Whitsunday Provisioning saves time, stress and most importantly, your happy holiday starts the minute you arrive with the freshest food and supplies that you could possibly imagine! The lamb loin chops and eye fillets were also amazing. Greatly enjoyed the healthy breakfasts and the falafel wraps. Appreciated the Easy Plan menus being printed off so we could remember what we were eating. Greatly appreciated the amount of meats, fruit and veg. Some other comments – maybe reduce the level of plastic packaging. Also we didn’t know/notice that the Healthy Breakfast and Banana Pancakes came with juice, which we drank but were happy not to receive. Your food was all of a very high standard and plenty of it.  We were still eating the croissants at breakfast day 8 so that’s a great testament to quality products which last in the fridge. Our 12 year old rated his top 3 things of the trip and you’ll be please to know number 3 was snorkelling, and numbers 1 and 2 were the ‘eye fillet’ and ‘t-bone’ steaks!! The quantity was fantastic and I can’t believe I was considering grocery shopping myself at first.  It was the realisation that there is not fridge space for air filled bags of salad and leftovers which convinced me to use Whitsunday Provisioning. Additionally it was reading that all meats and breads arrive frozen, and vacuum packed which is essential to last the trip. I am singing your praises to anyone I can about our trip, and we are eyeing off a trip to Palm Bay resort in the future and will definitely contact you again then. Well done on providing an exceptional service and you have been a pleasure to deal with. Best wishes

Firstly, a big, genuine thank you for your flexibility in allowing us to postpone our initial order due to COVID 19. We were very impressed with the quality and quantity of food that was provided to us through Whitsunday Provisioning. In the interest of constructive feedback, let me list the following minor points we considered whilst aboard our yacht did not come with alfoil / baking paper / many cooking utensils. This made it difficult for us to follow the recommended meal plan / cook some of the provisions. This is an issue for the charter company, not WhitProv, however, providing some alfoil (as you did napkins etc), or simply a friendly reminder suggesting to clients that they check with the charter company what cooking utensils etc are supplied, might help inexperienced charterers like ourselves plan a little better for cooking the food provided. Once again, thank you for your professionalism and high quality food; it was a real highlight of our sailing experience and we look forward to using your services again next time we are in the Whitsundays. Made our holiday so much easier as we stayed at a self catering resort, so having everything packaged (sauces, dressings, even napkins!), planned (right down to the snacks) and ready at the resort for us really made the experience stress free. I had a small hiccup with my order but once I contacted Lorna, she was so lovely and helpful and rectified things straight away. It's been one week since we handed back our bareboat charter Mischief and I really wanted to contact you and let you know how great all the provisioning you supplied for us was.  There certainly were no worries whatsoever about anybody on board going hungry even though we had a teenage boy and four young adults with us.  You were really generous and we are very appreciative of that.  The prawns were a delicious treat, really sweet and a nice size and the quality of the meat was really outstanding.  Also our gluten free, shellfish allergic passenger was very happy with all of her substitutes and the thoughtfulness which went into those selections.  We also loved all the little extras which made the meals really tasty and filling. We would love to come up again to the Whitsundays before too long and we will definitely like to be a third time returning customer!

Dear Katie, I have returned to land again today after a three day charter with my family and thought that I would email you as soon as possible regarding the boat provisioning on Charter Yacht Australias yacht Reflections. We arrived at the marina on Friday 17th May to find the food delivered and stowed away. We were all impressed with the food provided and the presentation of the fruit package placed in the yacht. Every day was an exciting food adventure and a perfect amount had been provided for each meal. Instead of ordering childrens provisioning I had decided that two children would equal one adult and that worked perfectly. Having all the condiments, sauces, treats, nibbles, oils etc was great and I am sure we would have forgotten something if left to our own devices. Thank you and the rest of your staff for such an amazing food experience. The quality and amount was perfect and we would recommend any future charterers to use your service.

Dear Allan, Thanks again for all your work in making my husband's solo hosting experience a terrific success on North West. I cannot give personal feedback (as I wasn't on board for the charter), but I have quizzed him...Nigel said the delivery all worked beautifully. The launch arrived on time, and they provided a trolley, and the men loaded what looked like an enormous amount of food onto the boat. The esky bags kept things nice and cold. The food was all fresh and very tasty. On the first night they ate appetizers, dips etc, and then one of the trays or prawns and crabs, leaving a second platter for the next day. They said those platters worked extremely well and were delicious. And as you said the fruit platters got eaten for breakfasts. On the 2nd night the beef they did on the BBQ, again delicious. They said the breakfasts and lunches were all great. There seems to be some desserts still in the freezer. The kids and I will make quick work of them. So once again thanks for the catering.

We have just returned from a fully catered 7 night cruise for a couple on Rockstar with Charter Yachts Australia. We had the Gold Package and it was everything we wanted or needed. The Platinum package must be something really special. Let me say you won’t ever go hungry when you are being fed by Whitsunday Provisioning! We initially considered doing our own catering but decided to go with Whitsunday Provisioning and are we glad we did! The website works incredibly well and all the options are well laid out and clear. The ordering is simple and just like magic it appears at dockside on the day of departure. If you're considering a sailing holiday in the Whitsundays, get WhitProv to provide the food for you. The crew at WhitProv are great to work with, they know what foods work on sailing trips and they will do their best to make sure everything is how you like it. I worked with the team on a very complicated order this year and I was blown away by how everything just worked - the food arrived before the expected delivery time, all in labelled boxes, and delivered to the wharf next to our sailing boats. I'm looking forward to working with Whitsunday Provisioning again soon.

We recently returned to snowy England and temperatures of 3 degrees after a marvellous week at the Whitsunday Islands. Thank you so much for making the food and drink provisioning so easy. The selection of local produce, fruit, vegetables, meat and fish was fantastic. We could not believe the attention to detail with some of the items - flour, dressings, cream, juice and pasta. After taking a look in the boxes I quickly took the role of "chalet girl", explored the BBQ cooker and turned ingredients into magical meals for the family. If only we lived a bit closer we would be chartering a yacht every year and using your facilities to enable us to enjoy every aspect of the holiday - thank you.

A big thank you. I had no idea how fantastic this service would be and we are so so so pleased that we agreed to use you. It took the thinking out of our day so that we could just relax. Everything (and I mean everything) was there at our finger tips. All we had to do is follow your detailed menu. There was not a thing you had over looked. When I think of the amount of time it would have taken us to plan our menu (for 7 days) then go and purchase everything, it would have been far more expensive (and there is no way I would have gone to the level of detail that you guys did). So having you guys do it (offering all the different options on your website) was far more cost effective (even though it felt expensive at the time).

My husband & I discussed food in great detail as this was going to be a significant holiday expense, however, when you consider dining for a week at another resort, it was obviously much better value. What impressed us both so much was the quantity & quality of all the food that was packed. It was so fresh, delicious & we had ample. The prawn & tropical fruit platter on our first night was a delight & so fresh too! We did not have to think or worry about food at all the whole week. The meal plan made deciding what to eat so much easier and more carefree; which is what you want on holidays. We noticed how so many products were locally sourced & appreciated being able to taste the best produce from Queensland! We read all the reviews prior to placing our order & made the decision to order for 4 days even though we would be sailing for 5 days. This was a great decision as there was plenty of food. The Portion Sizes were huge. I ordered lots of fruit, veg, meat and some of the cheeses that surprised me how big they were. Next time I'll slightly under-order quantities.

Firstly I would like to say that I am glad we took the time to order the food with you...even if my husband and I nearly had a divorce over the proceedings (!) I thought the delivery process in the polystyrene boxes, clearly marked and numbered was excellent. I also thought offering the meat frozen was also excellent, bearing in mind the limited fridge/freezer capacity on the boat.
