Diets/Allergies

Diets/Allergies

Food allergies occur in around 1 in 20 children and in about 2 in 100 adults. The most common triggers are eggs, cow's milk, peanuts, tree nuts, seafood, sesame, soy, fish, wheat and gluten.  Some food allergies can be severe, causing life-threatening reactions such as anaphylaxis.

If someone in your travelling party has a severe food allergy please inform us as we will recommend we remove the associated food source and traces from your order.  For example with a severe nut allergy we would suggest the removal of all nut related products such as biscuits, peanut butter etc.

Where required, we rely on manufacturers ingredient labelling for management of dietary needs. While we make every effort to cater for your food allergy, we encourage you to check the labelling so you can make your own informed decisions on product consumption.

If you are ordering your provisions via either a Package or Easy Plan Meals you will find a Special Requests / Dietary Advice text box where you will be able to provide us with details regarding your dietary requirements. You only need to enter your dietary requirements once. If necessary, we will contact you regarding your dietary requests once you place your order. If you are selecting provisions via the Supermarket, we ask that you review the product ingredients via the product information boxes to determine if the product meets your requirements.
