For those who enjoy seafood or a premium cut of beef, then customise your menu by considering one of the following upgrades.

The Mud Crab Platter for 2 includes a pre-cooked North Queensland Mud Crab, Bowen Bugs and Large Prawns (either King or Tiger) accompanied by bread rolls and sauces.

Upgrade Day 1

There's no better way to start your holiday - upgrade your Day 1 Dinner to a ready-to-eat Mud Crab Platter. Two people share a Mud Crab, so order in multiples of 2. (applicable to Platinum, Gold & Silver Packages)

The Package meal remains the same as the menu, however we upgrade the quality of the cut of beef.

Upgrade Day 2

Your Day 2 Steak Dinner can be upgraded to a premium cut of beef, which you can BBQ to your liking - delicious! (Platinum - upgrades to a large 300g Black Angus Prime Rib Fillet , Gold & Silver - upgrade to a 200g Prime Eye Fillet)

We supply a Cooked Lobster, which you can serve cold or warm it through on the BBQ with butter. We also include Bread Rolls and Sauces.

Upgrade Day 3

How about a decadent Lobster meal for Day 3 Dinner? You can choose to have the Lobster cold or warm it on your BBQ. Two people share a Lobster, so order in multiples of 2. (Platinum, Gold, Silver)
